After 2 hours of testing and checking the new features, I decided to proceed with the "Anniversary Upgrade" to version which was available from Microsoft [Windows10Upgrade I checked the Windows Registry for errors and corrected some issues, also I performed a Disk Cleaning and restarted the /46843.txt but the same thing happened again.

Considering that the whole process from start until the Error appears takes about 1 Hour, trying to do the Upgrade 4 times with no result was a total waste of time. I want to mention that one day before I did the same Upgrade to version on the Laptop of a friend, and everything went good without any problems. This problem appeared on my Desktop PC, which is powerful enough to support Windows 10 latest version.
